What does a tempo traveller cost per km in Varanasi?

Between ₹23 and ₹30 per kilometre depending on size. A 17-seater is ₹23/km, a 12-seater ₹24/km, a 20-seater ₹24/km and a 26-seater ₹30/km. All outstation bookings carry a 250 km per day minimum, and driver allowance, toll, parking and state permit are charged at actuals on top.

Why is the 17-seater cheaper per km than the 12-seater?

Volume. We run more 17-seaters than any other size, so utilisation is higher and the rate is lower — ₹23/km against ₹24/km. If your group is between twelve and seventeen people, the 17-seater is both roomier and cheaper.

Is the driver's food and stay included?

No. Driver allowance is separate and ranges from ₹250 a day for a Swift Dzire to ₹700 a day for a 49-seater bus. It is shown on every vehicle page next to the per-km rate. It covers the driver's meals and accommodation on multi-day trips.

What is the 250 km per day minimum?

On outstation bookings you are billed for at least 250 km per day even if you travel less. A two-day Ayodhya trip covering 440 km of actual road is billed at 500 km, because the vehicle is committed to you for both days.

Can a tempo traveller reach Kashi Vishwanath temple?

No vehicle of any size reaches the temple itself. The nearest vehicle point is Godowlia crossing, roughly a ten-minute walk through Vishwanath Gali. Cars can get slightly closer than a tempo traveller, but everyone walks the final stretch — this is a municipal restriction, not an operator limitation.

Do you charge extra on Dev Deepawali and festival dates?

Rates are the same, but availability is not. Dev Deepawali falls on 24 November 2026 and vehicles are typically committed six to eight weeks ahead. Book early rather than expecting a festival surcharge to buy you a vehicle on the day.

What is the difference between a Force Urbania and a tempo traveller?

The Urbania has a monocoque body and air suspension where a tempo traveller has a ladder frame and leaf springs, so it is markedly quieter and flatter over bad road. Both seat seventeen. The Urbania costs ₹30/km against the tempo traveller's ₹23/km — about ₹1,750 more on a 250 km day.

Is GST included in the prices shown?

Prices shown are the vehicle rate before GST. Applicable GST is added on the invoice. Toll, parking, state permit and driver allowance are also charged at actuals and are listed separately so you can see exactly what each component costs.

How far in advance should I book?

For ordinary dates, two to three days is enough for a cab and about a week for a tempo traveller. For the wedding season, Dev Deepawali, and the Ayodhya and Prayagraj festival weekends, six to eight weeks — the larger the vehicle, the earlier it goes.

Do you provide vehicles for weddings?

Yes, and buses are the sensible choice for them. A 45-seater at ₹51/km works out to ₹1.13 per kilometre per passenger, the lowest per-head figure in our fleet. Most wedding bookings combine one bus for guests with two or three cabs for the immediate family.
